As a non-custodial wallet, Amanex does not collect or store:

• Your private keys or seed phrase
• Your PIN code
• Your wallet balances or transaction history
• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data

2. Information That May Be Collected

The App may collect minimal, anonymous data for functionality:

• Public blockchain addresses – used only to fetch balances and display transactions via third-party APIs
• Device information – basic device type and OS version for compatibility and crash reporting
• App usage analytics – anonymous, aggregated usage patterns to improve the App

3. Third-Party Services

Amanex interacts with the following third-party services:

• CoinGecko API – for cryptocurrency price data
• Blockchain RPCs (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, TRON, Solana, Bitcoin) – for balance queries and transaction broadcasting
• Google Play Services – for app distribution and updates

4. Data Storage

All sensitive data (seed phrase, private keys, PIN) is:

• Stored only on your device
• Encrypted using AES-256 encryption
• Protected by your PIN and optional biometric authentication
• Never transmitted to any server

We implement industry-standard security practices including:

• AES-256 encryption for all sensitive data
• Secure key derivation (PBKDF2)
• BIP39/BIP44 standard compliance
• No server-side storage of any user data

6. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there is minimal data to manage. However, you can:

• Delete all app data by uninstalling the App or using the "Delete Wallet" feature
• Export your wallet using your seed phrase to any compatible wallet application
• Contact us with any privacy concerns

7. Children's Privacy

Amanex is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
