1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Amanex ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Amanex is a free, non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application that allows you to:

• Generate and manage cryptocurrency wallets
• View balances across multiple blockchain networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, TRON, Solana)
• Send and receive cryptocurrencies and tokens
• View real-time cryptocurrency prices

3. Self-Custody & User Responsibility

• You alone control your private keys and seed phrase.
• We cannot access, recover, or reset your wallet.
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transactions.
• We cannot recover lost or stolen funds.
• If you lose your seed phrase, your funds are permanently lost.
• If you share your seed phrase with anyone, they will have full access to your funds.

You are solely responsible for:

• Securely backing up your 12-word seed phrase
• Keeping your PIN code confidential
• Verifying all transaction details before confirming
• Ensuring you send funds to the correct address and on the correct network

4. No Financial Advice

Amanex does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The display of cryptocurrency prices and balances is for informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

5. Supported Networks & Tokens

The App supports multiple blockchain networks and tokens. However:

• We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any blockchain network.
• Token prices are sourced from third-party providers and may not be accurate in real-time.
• Sending tokens to an incorrect network or address may result in permanent loss of funds.

6. Fees & Charges

However, all blockchain transactions require network fees (gas fees) that are paid directly to the respective blockchain network validators/miners — not to Amanex. These network fees:

• Are determined by the blockchain network itself and vary based on network congestion
• Are outside our control and cannot be waived or reduced by Amanex
• Are required for your transaction to be processed and confirmed on the blockchain

In summary: Amanex commission = 0%. You only pay the standard blockchain network gas fees.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Amanex for:

• Any illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraud or any form of deceptive practices
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Interfering with or disrupting the App's functionality

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The accuracy or reliability of any information provided through the App
• The compatibility with any specific device or operating system version

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMANEX AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any loss of funds, cryptocurrencies, or tokens
• Any unauthorized access to your wallet
• Any errors in transaction addresses or amounts
• Any losses resulting from blockchain network failures or delays
• Any losses from third-party services or smart contract interactions
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

10. Third-Party Services

The App interacts with third-party blockchain networks, APIs, and services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of these third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Intellectual Property

The Amanex name, logo, and all related content are the intellectual property of Amanex. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

12. Updates & Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking these Terms periodically.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Since the App is non-custodial, your wallet and funds remain accessible through any compatible wallet application using your seed phrase.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
